PRODUCT CATALOG
Product and collection catalogues.

We create catalogues, presentation brochures and product books that showcase your range, explain your products and help customers choose.
DISCUSS YOUR CATALOGUEA good catalogue guides people through your products: it helps them navigate, compare items, understand the benefits and find the information they need.
We consider not just the visuals, but the structure, rhythm of the pages, typography and presentation of content.

Monthly promotional catalogue
Ocean Fish regularly publishes promotional product catalogues. Instead of a standard brochure listing products and prices, we proposed a complete advertising piece that invites closer attention and draws people to the offers.
Backstage developed the concept, structure and visual approach: bold product presentation, composition, typography and an overall idea for each issue. The format worked so well that the one-off project became monthly catalogue production for Ocean Fish, with Backstage taking over this work from the client’s in-house design department. The catalogues also attracted attention outside the company, with other businesses asking who created their concept and design.

Sales Catalog / Company Profile
ESTER needed a tool for sales managers that would do more than list services: it had to convincingly answer a prospective customer’s central question, “Why ESTER?” The catalogue also had to be created within a tight seven-day deadline.
Together with the client, we shaped the company information into a clear sales presentation: the product, benefits of scent marketing, ESTER’s approach and reasons to choose the company as a supplier. Backstage developed the concept, structure and design, then refined the content with the client. Today ESTER’s managers use the catalogue in sales and meetings with prospective customers.
Product Catalog / Lookbook
Divani needed a product catalogue for an exhibition that would present the range while matching the brand’s visual standards. A conventional product catalogue would have felt too utilitarian.
We created a catalogue at the intersection of a product catalogue and a fashion magazine. Large images, expressive typography, composition and an editorial approach turned a product list into a brand statement. It was developed specifically for the exhibition where the client presented its products to potential buyers and partners.
Investor Presentation / Company Profile
FASTOIL was launching a motor-oil express-change concept that was new to the market and needed a presentation for potential investors. The brief was to explain the business model and its advantages clearly and quickly, and show how future service points would look in real locations.
We developed the structure and design of a presentation that explains the FASTOIL concept and the logic of the new service format step by step. As no completed sites existed at the time, Backstage also created visualisations of future FASTOIL service points in real locations. This gave investors a tangible picture of the future business rather than an abstract idea. The presentation was adapted for convenient digital viewing.

Real Estate Presentation
The new large-scale Sampo development needed a presentation that would do more than list project specifications: it had to communicate its quality, architecture and benefits to potential buyers and partners. The source materials included renders and technical floor plans, but the visual presentation of those plans did not match the project’s standards.
We created a complete presentation of the development, shaping the structure, project benefits, use of renders and visual system across all pages. We also redrew the floor plans, turning technical AutoCAD drawings into clear, polished visuals that fit naturally into a premium presentation. Alongside the main desktop/PDF version, Backstage proposed a separate mobile presentation, recognising that many people view this material on smartphones. The result was two versions: one for large screens and one for mobile viewing.
